HSAT SERVICE UPDATE AND APOLOGY - ROUTE 1: HSAT sincerely apologizes for the recent cancellations affecting Route 1 Trip 2. We know these disruptions have caused significant inconvenience, and they do not meet our standards for reliable service.
All but four cancellations have been due to unexpected driver availability issues. While our transportation provider works to resolve these challenges, we recognize riders deserve better consistencyโand better communication.
We also acknowledge the Customer Service line has not met expectations during these interruptions. Difficulty reaching support and limited information have added to rider frustration.
We have requested Voyago provide an ACTION PLAN to address driver availability issues to ensure a similar situation will not happen again and that the Customer Service line has the information and authority to resolve issues when they arise.
