ROUTE 1 RIDERS: Please note that due to bridge construction, the sidewalk on the west side of Ontario Street South from the intersection to River Road is CLOSED.

The bus stop located on that piece of sidewalk (i.e. #1851) WILL NOT BE SERVICED until construction has ended.

🚌 ACCESSIBILITY HSAT BUSES

Our buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts to support passengers with mobility aids such as wheelchairs, scooters, and walkers. Mobility devices must fit within the designated space (48" long × 36" wide), have working brakes, and be able to be safely secured.

♿ Key Reminders:
• Backpacks must be worn or placed on your lap while using the lift
• Bags attached to wheelchairs must be removed before boarding
• Passengers must manage their own carry-on items (drivers cannot assist)
• Priority seating is reserved for passengers with disabilities
• Service animals are welcome when properly identified or documented

👥 Support Persons Travel Free
Passengers with disabilities may bring one support person at no cost with a Support Person Assistance Pass, valid for one year.
